When you log into My IACCESS Account, you will be able to:
Follow these instructions when entering your ID or account number. Your default PIN is 1111 and should be changed immediately to safeguard your account.
Please use numbers only when resetting your PIN.
Insufficient Funds:
Students receive this error message in either of these circumstances:
Staff/Faculty, affiliates and guests receive this message when your prepaid account does not have sufficient funds to process your print/copy request.
Card Suspended:
Students receive this error message when their student account has an unpaid Imprints charge that is 61+ days overdue.
All card holders who receive this error message could have suspended your own card online. Visit Imprints in the Geisel Library weekdays 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. to reactivate your card. You cannot do this by phone or at any other Imprints location.
Expired Card:
Only active students, staff, faculty and affiliates can use their UCSD Photo ID card.
Students, check with the Campus Card office if you feel this is an error.
Staff/Faculty, contact your department timekeeper if you feel this is an error.
Affiliates, visit Imprints in the Geisel Library weekdays 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. to reactivate your card. If your card has expired, you must purchase a new one at Campus Card and bring it to Imprints in the Geisel Library weekdays 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.to activate it.
Card Not Found:
Students and staff/faculty receive this error message if the card being used is not in the Campus Card database. If you are using an older card that was cancelled or reported lost or stolen, you must take your card to the Campus Card office to reactivate it.
Affiliates who receive this message should visit Imprints in the Geisel Library weekdays 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. to reactivate your card. You cannot do this by phone or at any other Imprints location.
