Imprints IACCESS

When you log into My IACCESS Account, you will be able to:

  • Change your password
  • View your transactions
  • Suspend your card if it's lost or stolen

Follow these instructions when entering your ID or account number. Your default PIN is 1111.

Please use numbers only when resetting your PIN.

  • Students: Exclude the “A” and enter your 8-digit PID number.
  • Staff/Faculty: Enter only the last 6-digits of your employee number.
  • Medical Center Affiliates: Enter the 10-digit number found on the front of your Green Card.
  • Department Green Cards: Enter the 10-digit number found on the front of your Green Card. You cannot add value to this departmental recharge card, however, we recommend that you change your PIN for added security.
  • Affiliates: To register your card, visit Imprints in the Geisel Library 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. weekdays. After your card has been registered, you may login to your account by entering the 8-digit number located on your card.
  • Guests: Enter your 11-digit account number found on the front of your card or on the IACESS receipt you received when you added value to your account.
